“I've had the pleasure of working with Rob on the FOX Highlight's project. The focus of the Highlight's Room from a technology standpoint is the Quantel ingest/editorial/playout solution, tied into the Dixon Sports Logging System. 

Rob manages that room like a conductor manages a symphony. I have witnessed 64 people simultaneously ingesting, logging, editing highlights for baseball, and playing out the finished clips to various locations for various shows. The scene appears at times as a chaotic process, but it's quite the contrary. It's actually a well oiled machine delivering massive amounts of finished pieces to eagerly awaiting viewers. 

Rob has always been gracious with his time, expert in his workflow analysis, and exacting in his descriptions of what features are required to improve on the process. 

Rob Rogers is personable, professional, and always willing to assist where he can. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Rob again on future projects, and would highly recommend him as a man that understands television and the production aspects associated with it. March 30, 2009
